Using Impact One
You may use Impact One only in accordance with these terms, your selected plan, and applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and promptly update it if it changes. You must have authority to accept these terms on behalf of any organization you represent.
Your content
You retain rights to your content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display it to operate the service on your behalf.
Service availability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or improve features while preserving reasonable access to the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements.
